I am a marriage and family therapist practicing in Glendale, California. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University of Los Angeles and Master of Arts degree in Marital and Family Therapy from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University. I am a Clinical Member of California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT).
I have been providing individual, family and couples therapy to adults and children of all ages for almost a decade. I have a great experience in working with children and adolescents who have been struggling with peer pressure, depression, anxiety and adjustment issues. I utilize a variety of approaches including humanistic, collaborative and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
As a multicultural therapist I have a deep understanding of cross cultural issues; customs, values, and beliefs which aid in my approach to treatment to a vast variety of clientele. I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, families and adolescents from various backgrounds. I offer a safe and warm environment where my clients are free to explore, grow and heal. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with great passion to bring healing and comfort for those in need. I have over ten years of experience in the field of psychology, working with children, couples and families with history of trauma and abuse. My areas of focus include, but are not limited to helping others heal from the pain of depression, anxiety, Grief and loss, self-esteem issues, stress management, trauma and abuse. I also have many years of experience working with adolescents struggling with peer problems, adjustment issues, bullying, self-harm, depression and abuse.

I am trained and certified in Trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and have the tools to incorporate these skills in my work. I am compassionate in my work to help individuals find their voice and find healthy coping skills to deal with their everyday challenges. I have had the privilege of providing mental health treatment to various clients in low and high risk situations. Additionally, I am a certified LPS Designator and have the training to further assist clients who are at risk of self-harm and need to further inpatient services.
